Today's event went pretty smoothly, there's not much to change for next time.

- better communication with operators before the event so we have sufficient (LIFE) batteries

- one radio was DOA (had power to the motherboard but refused to turn on) but it was apparently tested just
  the day before, so that was hard to catch in advance
